Creating a Training Presentation

From 3:30 to 4:45 P.M

Print screen = to copy anything we see in front of us

ALT Print Screen = to copy what’s within the window we see.

Photo & Movie size:

  • Photo density/resolution= 75 dots per inch
  • Movie= save as MPEG (2) (making it smaller is done by deleting frames
Flash Cam:
  • New movie
  • Screen capture size
  • Next
  • Do something (circle, underline…)
  • Preview
  • Export
  • Click on “Movie”
  • Choose file name and where to save
  • Choose full screen (if I choose export html it will play as a web page)
  • Save
Sound: midi- wave- mp3 (big files)

Adding Flash movie on PPT:

  • Add Visual Basic tool from toolbar
  • Click on hammer + wrench
  • Click on second hammer + wrench
  • Scroll down to find “Shockwave Flash Object”
  • (Before that we are supposed to have clicked where we want our movie to appear)
  • The movie we created appears
  • Right click on picture
  • Go to properties
  • Next to “Movie” we type the location of our movie.
